Dr. Man-Hsiao received her undergraduate education at the New York University College of Arts and Sciences and her Medical Degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatrics internship and residency at the Keesler Air Force Base, MS. Prior to joining the Pediatric Associates of Hazleton, Dr. Man-Hsiao practiced at the Pediatrics Clinic at Grand Forks Air Force Base in North Dakota where she was Chief of Pediatrics. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Dr. Man-Hsiao is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a Member of the Section on Breastfeeding.
