Since its foundation in July of 2007, Pediatric Associates of Hazleton has been serving the community as a member of the Greater Hazleton Health Alliance. We specialize in all aspects of general and preventative care for infants, toddlers, and adolescents, as well as children with special and chronic needs. Our practice is comprised of a dedicated group of board-certified Pediatric Specialists with a long history of caring for the children of the Greater Hazleton Area. Our compassionate staff is ready to accommodate your needs with flexible hours, and we are truly "here when you need us most!"

James Caggiano, MD, FAAP

Dr. James Caggiano is a well-respected pediatrician in the community, practicing since 1981. Dr. Caggiano is board certified in pediatrics, quality assurance, and utilization review. He completed his undergraduate degree at Villanova University and his doctorate of medicine at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. After receiving his doctorate of medicine, Dr. Caggiano completed his first two years of pediatric residency at the University of Maryland Hospital and then finished at University Hospital at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center where he served as a senior supervising resident. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Neo-natal Advanced Life Support (NALS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Dr. Caggiano is a fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Family Physicians, as well as a member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Pediatrics and the Pennsylvania Medical Society. Dr. Caggiano is a pediatrician for the Alliance Medical Group and serves on the medical staff at Hazleton General Hospital. |
Stephan Glicken, MD, FAAP

Dr. Stephan Glicken is a board certified pediatrician, practicing at well-respected medical institutions since 1978. He completed his undergraduate degree at Dartmouth College and his doctorate of medicine at Hahnemann Medical College. After receiving his doctorate of medicine, Dr. Glicken completed his pediatric internship and pediatric residency at Boston City Hospital where he served as chief resident. Dr. Glicken is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, as well as in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS). He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Glicken is able to communicate via American Sign Language, French, and several other languages. Haitham Shahrour, MD

Dr. Haitham Shahrour completed his doctorate of medicine at the University of Damascus in Syria. He completed clinical elective rotations in the United Kingdom and at the Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Shahrour completed his residency training at State University of New York at Buffalo and the Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. Shahrour is a professional member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is fluent in English and Arabic. Dr. Shahrour is a pediatrician for the Alliance Medical Group and serves on the medical staff at Hazleton General Hospital. |
Manjit Singh, MD

Dr. Manjit Singh completed her undergraduate degree at Mercer University and her doctorate of medicine at Ross University School of Medicine. After receiving her doctorate of medicine, Dr. Singh completed her pediatric internship and her pediatric residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center. Dr. Singh is a professional member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Medical Association. Dr. Singh is fluent in English and Hindi/Punjabi. Dr. Singh is a pediatrician for the Alliance Medical Group and serves on the medical staff at Hazleton General Hospital. |
Jeffrey Kulsa, RN, MSN, CRNP

Jeffrey completed his undergraduate degree in nursing at Wilkes University. While gaining experience as a registered nurse (RN) in intensive care and emergency medicine, Jeffrey pursued his Masters degree and a post Masters certificate in nursing education at Misericordia University. Jeffrey is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and currently is working as a certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP) for Alliance Medical Group Pediatrics. Jeffrey has been serving the healthcare needs of patients in Northeastern Pennsylvania since 1991. |
